Data We Collect
Name, e-mail address, delivery address, phone number, company details (for businesses), IP address, and any data provided voluntarily in forms.
Purposes and Legal Basis
Order fulfilment and contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with legal obligations, including tax law (point (c)), legitimate interest such as fraud prevention and statistics (point (f)), and consent, e.g. for marketing and analytics cookies (point (a)).
Data Recipients
- Delivery — DPD (parcel delivery), InPost (selected delivery options),
- Payments — Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (card and electronic payments),
- Hosting — OVHcloud (servers located within the European Union),
- Analytics and advertising — Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads — only after your consent via the cookie banner),
- accounting offices, IT service providers, and public authorities where required by law.
Shipment Recipients — Data of Persons Named by the Orderer
If you did not place the order yourself but were named by the orderer as the recipient of the shipment, the following information concerns the processing of your personal data (Art. 14 GDPR).

Source and categories of data: we received your data from the person placing the order, who named you as the recipient of the shipment. We process your first and last name, phone number, optionally an e-mail address, and — for courier delivery — the delivery address.
Purpose and legal basis: the data is processed solely to prepare and deliver the shipment (producing the shipping label, passing on the pickup code or notifications, contact regarding delivery, and handling complaints or claims related to delivery). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest of the Controller and the orderer in the proper and efficient delivery of the order. The invoice and order confirmations remain assigned to the orderer's data.
Data recipients: the data may be passed to the selected carrier — in particular DPD or InPost — and to entities within their delivery network. Where necessary, providers of IT systems, hosting, and SMS/e-mail services may also have access.
Retention: the data is stored for as long as necessary to deliver the shipment and then — only to the extent required — until complaints are resolved and limitation periods for delivery-related claims expire; no longer than the corresponding order data. Afterwards it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing, and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation; you may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: PUODO, or the authority competent for your place of residence). Recipient data is not used for marketing; no automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
Transfers Outside the EEA
When using Stripe and Google services, data may be transferred to the United States. Transfers are based on the European Commission adequacy decision (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) and Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and statutory retention periods; consent-based data is kept until consent is withdrawn.
Cookies
Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after consent via the cookie banner (Consent Mode). You can withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie settings in the footer.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), or the authority competent for your place of residence.
